The 5″ FATBOY Snorkel, Aluminium water washer bottle and Twin Pod Airbox Combo for the Ford Next-Gen Ranger Raptor

The Twin Pod Airbox, which is a prominent trademark design, originally conceptulized and developed by our esteemed team at JMAX Engineering, offers several advantages for the Ranger Raptor model. Its dual intake pods provide increased airflow to the engine, resulting in improved horsepower and torque. Additionally, the design ensures efficient filtration of air, minimising the risk of engine damage caused by dust and debris.

Our solution for the factory Ford Airbox’s T-piece design in the Ranger Raptor model is a twin intake system that eliminates competition for airflow between the turbo’s,  improving engine performance.

NEXT-GEN RANGER RAPTOR 5″ FATBOY SNORKEL DETAILS:

***Designed to suit fresh guard without any pre-existing snorkel***

• 5″ 316 marine grade stainless steel
• Designed to plumb to JMAX Twin Pod Airbox
• Current style available: standard over roof and low cut
• All our snorkels are Seamless welded ( no welds through out the snorkel giving you a mandrel bent look )
• Recessed into guard to follow all the body pillar angles and alignments
• Our snorkels come as a DIY kit complete with snorkel instructions/ Digital printed Guard cutout template/ Rubber pinchweld/Polyurethane flexi hose and stainless hose clamps
• Different JMAX sticker colours available

ALLOY WASHER BOTTLE DETAILS: 

• Replacement 3L aluminium windscreen water washer bottle
• Powder coat Gloss black finish
• 50mm CNC machined filler cap
• Mounts into original bolt holes
• Utilises original low water level sensor, water pump & wiring loom

RANGER RAPTOR TWIN POD AIRBOX DETAILS:

• Our custom Twin pod Aluminium airbox is 100% water/dust sealed
• 4″ Inlet and twin 3 1/2″ outlet
• One way water valve
• Clear inspection lid with Stainless pressure plate
• Stainless steel fixings with rubber seals
• Twin Highflow K&N pod-filters (washable)
• Airbox utilises factory mounts and does require any additional cutting
